Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated PRN (Per Diem) Registered Nurse
for our Medical-Surgical Unit, ready to support our commitment to
delivering top-tier patient care. This role requires adaptability
to a dynamic hospital environment, aiming to recover health and
improve the lives of patients. Your flexibility in scheduling will
be crucial in supporting fluctuating staffing needs. Provide
comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients. Monitor
patient condition, assess needs, and document patient care.
Administer medication as prescribed by physician. Educate patients
and families on treatment plans and health management. Collaborate
with the healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes. Strong
clinical skills in a medical-surgical setting. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using
medical software and EHRs. Ability to work independently with
flexible schedules. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in
the state of practice. BLS certification required, ACLS
preferred.
