Configure, install, and manage Windows and Mac-based computers for
clients. System Guardian: Monitor systems daily to ensure optimal
performance and hardware integrity. Adapt and Execute: Handle
change requests across various systems and services with precision.
Innovate: Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements
to elevate client environments. Tech Hero: Provide both onsite and
remote support to troubleshoot and resolve client issues quickly.
Network Mastery: Set up and maintain routers, switches, and access
points for seamless connectivity. Stay Organized: Document tasks,
procedures, and essential client system details thoroughly. Team
Player: Collaborate with colleagues to implement and maintain
effective IT solutions. Client-Focused: Attend onsite appointments
in detail-oriented environments to meet technical needs. Proven
Experience: At least 3 years in IT support or a related technical
field—your expertise matters! Certified & Skilled: A and/or Network
certifications (or equivalent knowledge) to showcase your technical
prowess. Clear Communicator: Strong written and verbal
communication skills to keep clients and teams in the loop.
Independent Achiever: Ability to manage tasks and work autonomously
without constant supervision. Ready to Roll: A valid driver’s
license for travel to client locations—because you’ll be on the
move! Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with PC desktops, Active Directory,
and Windows 10/11 environments. Problem Solver: Knowledge of
desktop imaging and basic network troubleshooting to keep systems
running smoothly. Network Know-How: Understanding of VLAN
configurations and desktop hardware for robust connectivity.
